How Does a CNC Brake Press Work?

A CNC Brake Press uses hydraulic pressure to press die-sets down to form bends, radii, curls and other features into the flat sheet stock.

CNC Brake Presses give us the capability to form and fold sheet metals into complex “origami” shapes.

Brake Presses take both a lot of CNC programming for the bends, pressure, dwell and part positioning/order of the bends
